Our premium mobile golf simulator setup brings a world-class golf experience directly to your event. Here’s everything included:
- Inflatable Hitting Cage – A spacious, fully enclosed hitting area that sets up quickly and safely in most outdoor or indoor spaces.
- Onsite Caddie - We'll be on-site throughout your event, with a dedicated caddie to ensure everything runs smoothly. They'll be there to support you, answer guest questions, and help everyone get the most out of their simulator experience.
- A high-definition display for spectators - Turn your simulator into a truly captivating entertainment experience for both players and onlookers or stream whatever you want on the Smart TV (Wi-Fi needed).
- Professional-Grade Hitting Mat – Enjoy realistic turf feel with a premium hitting mat designed for durability and comfort.
- GSPro Golf Simulation Software – Access to hundreds of the world’s most iconic golf courses, from Augusta National to St. Andrews, all rendered in stunning detail.
- FlightScope Launch Monitor – Industry-leading radar technology provides real-time ball flight tracking and pro-level data on every shot.
- Premium Golf Balls – We supply high-quality balls to ensure accuracy and consistent performance throughout your session.
- On-Site Setup & Breakdown – Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown so you can focus on having fun.
The mobile golf simulator is 12FT x 16FT but please plan for extra space (15FT x 18FT) as well as access to a standard power source. Beyond that, we handle all logistics to ensure a smooth setup and takedown process.
We will provide one bag of right-handed golf clubs (if needed). We will provide golf balls.
Wi-Fi is only necessary if you want to stream live sports, etc. on the Smart TV.
Setup usually takes 60–90 minutes, and teardown takes about 30-45 minutes. We’ll arrive well before your event start time to ensure everything is ready.

If your event is outdoors and rain is forecasted, we will work with you on rescheduling or moving the event to a covered area if available.
Yes! We will provide a COI.
